Under Surveillance is the second album collaboration from Transmission 13 and Antonio de Braga, a follow up to 'Vanishing Point' in 2015 .

Quebec based Producer/Drummer Antonio be Braga has played in various bands throughout the years everything from Prog Rock to Bluegrass bands. He has collaborated with many artist around the World and more recently has worked with Multidisciplinary Artists Hugo Nadeau which have included a prestigious live Video Game film performance for a major Video Game. Musically influenced by 70's Prog rock ,Experimental Ambient, Shoegaze and Sigur Ross. He has released several Albums on his own Bandcamp Page.

Transmission 13 have been releasing music on various platforms since 2009 and have received critical acclaim on several album releases.
Musically influenced Soul/Bowie/Eno/Punk/Joy Division/Shoegaze/Mogwai/Electronic and Ambient music,Transmission 13 ( aka Mozz) also records music as Buildings in Motion and Data Set.
On Vanguardista Records, he releases music by an eclectic mix of artists from around the world.
Under Surveillance is his 10th album release as Transmission 13.
